<p>Boot Camp, cardio kickboxing and step aerobics &#8211; high-energy classes with step combinations along with various kicking and punching maneuvers for a full-body workout challenging the cardiovascular system. Every class is different using the stability balls, weights, tubes and resistance bands. <img class="alignright size-full wp-image-44" title="gliding" src="http://www.ludingtonfitness.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/08/gliding.jpg" alt="" width="432" height="440" />Sculpt your body with weight training.   Check out our gliders, another fitness sensation to make fitness effective and fun. Learn proper form and techniques for safe and effective training. These classes build bone mass, strength and variations will be demonstrated from easiest to hardest, all fitness levels are welcome. Men and women.</p>
